Bhavana Radadia’s journey into wellness blossomed in the serene world of spa therapies, where beauty and healing come together in harmony. For years, she worked in the spa industry, where she mastered the art of skincare, grooming, and rejuvenating treatments. Her passion for helping women feel confident and relaxed led her to embrace deeper wellness rituals like aromatherapy and traditional oil massages.  Bhavana noticed how true beauty often emerged when the body and mind were aligned. Her spa wasn’t just a space for outer transformation—it became a sanctuary where women found relaxation, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of self. This early experience became the seed of her lifelong mission to promote holistic well-being.

Curiosity turned challenge into change, and struggle into self-mastery.

At a certain stage in her life, Bhavana faced a personal health challenge-unwanted weight gain that affected her energy levels, confidence, and overall quality of life. Rather than surrendering to the frustration, she became curious. She began questioning the root causes of her condition, diving deep into understanding the human body, hormones, lifestyle habits, and how these factors interact with each other.

Determined to bring about a positive change, she embraced a healthy lifestyle focused on balanced nutrition and regular physical activity. Through her dedication and consistency, she successfully lost 16 kilograms.

Bhavana chose to make a complete lifestyle shift. She gradually adopted a disciplined, holistic routine focused on resetting her body clock, choosing nourishing foods, and introducing powerful practices like yoga, mindfulness, and natural healing. Through this transformation, she not only shed the excess weight but also rejuvenated her body and mind, discovering the blueprint for sustainable health.

Inspired by her success, Bhavana began to share her methods with friends and family. Her advice wasn’t based on textbook theories but on lived experience—tested strategies that delivered real, lasting results. As her approach gained popularity, more people started seeking her guidance, leading her to a natural progression: wellness coaching.

From informal advice to expert coaching.

What began as informal advice soon evolved into structured coaching. Bhavana found herself working closely with people facing similar struggles—weight management, low energy, lifestyle disorders—and she offered them customized, achievable solutions. As a mother of three children, she was also navigating the complexities of parenting, and her ability to balance motherhood and health made her relatable and trustworthy to many women.

Her passion for learning never faded—it only deepened. Bhavana began exploring more areas within the wellness domain, driven by the desire to heal and empower others. She studied various health issues, especially those that affect women, and built expertise in areas often overlooked, such as skin-related concerns, stress management, breathing techniques, and holistic healing

Over time, she mastered powerful tools like yoga, pranayama, and meditation. Her approach extended to emotional well-being and detoxification, helping individuals break free from addictions like smoking and tobacco. Aromatherapy and herbal oil massages remained an integral part of her therapy sessions, especially for those battling chronic stress, fatigue, and muscular tension. Bhavana’s spa-style healing techniques added a unique dimension to her programs—blending ancient relaxation methods with therapeutic intent.

She also became a certified nutritionist and received a government-recognized food license from Maharashtra, strengthening her credibility and ability to provide dietary guidance legally and ethically.
